The Get Started section is divided into two guides that cover the two core interfaces every HostGrower customer uses:

My HostGrower — Your Client Area

My HostGrower is your account management hub. It's where you handle everything outside of your hosting environment — ordering services, managing domains, paying invoices, and contacting support. Think of it as the business side of your account.

In the My HostGrower guide you'll learn how to:

• Order new hosting packages, domains, and add-ons
• Manage your active services and domain names
• View and pay invoices, and manage payment methods
• Update your contact details and security settings
• Open support tickets and access the Support Database

StackCP — Your Hosting Control Panel

StackCP is the technical control panel that comes with every HostGrower hosting account. It gives you direct access to your website files, databases, email accounts, DNS settings, security tools, and much more. Think of it as the technical side of your account.

In the StackCP guide you'll learn how to:

• Navigate the StackCP interface and understand your account summary
• Manage files, FTP accounts, and backups
• Create and manage email accounts, forwarders, and filters
• Create MySQL databases and manage PHP settings
• Configure DNS records and domain settings
• Install WordPress and other applications with one click
• Set up SSL certificates and review security settings

How to access both interfaces

Accessing My HostGrower

You can log in to My HostGrower at my.hostgrower.com using the email address and password you registered with. You can also reach it from any HostGrower page by clicking My HostGrower in the top navigation.

Accessing StackCP

StackCP is accessed directly from within My HostGrower. Once logged in, navigate to Manage Services → Hosting, select your hosting package, and click the StackCP button. You do not need a separate login — StackCP authenticates you automatically.
